Principal
Trina Larsen, P.Eng., M.Sc., LEED AP+ BD&C
From working at the City of Saskatoon, to opening her own firm in 2019, Trina has focused on teamwork, integration and design of electrical systems for sustainable buildings and renovations for over 25 years. She is an award winning lighting designer and has been part of design teams whose projects have been recognized for improving the urban environment. Whether the project is large or small, Trina works to meet the project objectives by working in concert with her clients. Trina follows best practice design standards, and thus stays ahead of the frequent changes to energy and electrical codes.

Designer
Peter Wing, P.Eng., B.Sc.
Peter focuses on the technical elements of the electrical designs, and is conversant in the codes and standards guiding our profession. Peter is a skilled Revit operator, using the platform as a database to improve the quality of Larsen Engineering’s designs and drawings. He enjoys working closely with architects, interior designers and other engineers to respond to the challenges each project brings.

Designer
Colin Fair
With over 15 years of experience in electrical CAD design, Colin is skilled at bringing designs into buildable project sets. Technical details, such as mechanical coordination, power and low tension and lighting are developed quickly and accurately. He particularly enjoys the challenge of lighting designs, rendering amazing spaces, working with the lead designers and architects, coordinating luminaires and making sure the final design meets the client’s expectations.
